My mission is to empower women over 30—former athletes who long to reconnect with their strength, purpose, and competitive edge. Through sustainable fitness programs, mindful nutrition, and intentional movement, I help women overcome the limitations of old injuries, break free from burnout, and rediscover the confidence and camaraderie they once thrived on. A former collegiate basketball player who spent four intense years on the court, I’ve always valued grit and resilience. For years, I was a self-proclaimed hustle addict, constantly grinding and pushing my limits. But life’s journey, through experiences like navigating divorce and embracing sobriety, has taught me the importance of balance, rest, and true recovery.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others find their strength in a way that honors both hard work and self-care. I’m fueled by a love for fitness, hiking mountain trails, and unwinding on the beach. Coffee keeps me going, sweet treats keep me smiling, and my Boxer dog, Fiona, keeps life full of joy.
